FB,

I assume you know that the secret is a book intended to make Buddhist principles more "current" so that the reading public can integrate them into their own lives more easily.

If you really found it helpful I urge you to look up an author named Thich Nhat Hanh. He is a Nobel Peace Prize nominee and a Buddhist monk from Viet Nam. His books are truly life changing. His words are so simple and truthful that they are almost undeniable.

Book List

His book "No Death No Fear" remains the greatest written work on the nature of dying that I have ever seen.

I shit you not I have this book...I'm very spiritual and love reading that stuff! Sure beats tabloid magazines...lol

The Miracle of Mindfulness
was an excellent book!
